- We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).
- Pack the item(s) securely and clearly label the package with the RA number.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item received is defective or damaged.
- There is a 5% restocking fee on MRP applicable for returns, except in cases where the item received is defective or damaged.

- If the returned item(s) meet the requirements, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days to the original payment method.
